Katie Hernandez is a Senior Manager at Narrative, specializing in strategic communications and grassroots advocacy. Katie’s greatest strength lies in her deep investment in her clients’ missions and organizational goals. She approaches projects as fragments of a larger vision, ensuring strategic alignment and impactful outcomes.
Before joining Narrative, Katie served as the External Affairs Manager at Energix Renewables, where she spearheaded stakeholder mapping and advocacy pipelines and established a robust community engagement program.
Katie’s diverse experience also encompasses her role as a Corporate Associate at Targeted Victory, where she built advertising plans and content for Super PACs and corporate clients. She began her career working as senior staff on US Representative Kat Cammack’s (R-FL-3) election campaign, playing a pivotal role in managing the Congresswoman’s social media channels, scheduling, and building robust grassroots coalitions.
Katie holds a bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Education and Communication with a Specialization in Leadership Development from the University of Florida. Additionally, she earned a master’s degree in Security and International Diplomacy from Tel Aviv University.
Beyond her professional endeavors, Katie actively contributes to the community as a member of the Taste of the South Committee and serves on the Board of Trustees for the Florida House on Capitol Hill. Outside of her philanthropic and professional commitments, Katie enjoys spending time with her fiancé and taking their dog, Bear, to the dog park.
