Narrative Strategies Continues to Add Best-in-Class Talent with Lo Isidro as Senior Director
The Firm Announces Four New Hires, including Katie Hernandez as Senior Manager
Washington, D.C. – Narrative Strategies today announced that Lo Isidro – a veteran public affairs and strategic communications professional with over a decade of agency, issue advocacy, and public sector experience – has joined the firm as Senior Director. Isidro joins Narrative from Real Chemistry, where he provided strategic counsel to some of the world’s most renowned pharmaceutical and innovative biotech companies. Narrative also announced the addition of three more team members, with Katie Hernandez joining as Senior Manager, Charlie Bluestein as Paid Media Manager, and Hunter Stephens as Senior Associate.

Before Real Chemistry, Isidro served as Director of Communications at Stand Together, a national philanthropic organization. Isidro also served as National Communications Director and Spokesman for the grassroots organization Americans for Prosperity and was a Press Secretary on Capitol Hill. He earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Georgia.
Katie Hernandez comes to Narrative after serving as External Affairs Manager at Energix Renewables, a leading independent power producer with a renewable energy portfolio in the Mid-Atlantic. As part of her role, Katie managed critical grassroots, media relations, and crisis communications initiatives. Katie holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Florida and a master’s from Tel Aviv University.
Charlie Bluestein joins Narrative as a Paid Media Manager after most recently serving as an Account Associate for New Paradigm Agency, where he specialized in developing full-scale digital advertising campaigns for trade associations, policy advocacy groups, political campaigns, and nonprofits. Charlie earned a bachelor’s degree from Wake Forest University.
Hunter Stephens comes to Narrative as a Senior Associate after serving as an Account Manager at Real Chemistry, where he led content development and account administration for a wide range of clients across the healthcare industry. Hunter earned bachelor’s degrees from American University.
These new additions to the firm come on the heels of Narrative’s announced strategic investment from Clarion Capital Partners that will accelerate the firm’s continued growth to own the entire strategic communications process, from inception to execution.
